Susan Loh

Susan Loh is a senior associate with Lanza & Goolsby. Ms. Loh has over 15 years of experience in all phases of general civil and business litigation.

Ms. Loh has litigated a wide variety of sophisticated business matters through resolution, in state, federal, and appellate courts, including actions involving breach of fiduciary duty, directors & officers liability, malicious prosecution, fraud, wrongful termination, work place harassment and discrimination, breach of trust, and various contract disputes. Ms. Loh also has significant real estate litigation experience, including landlord-tenant disputes, commercial unlawful detainer, breach of real estate purchase contracts, nuisance, trespass, premises liability, environmental disputes, and related commercial lease negotiation.

Ms. Loh received her Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona, College of the Law, and her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Scripps College in Claremont, CA. While in law school, she participated in the London Law Consortium at the University of London, School of Law, and was later selected as a special prosecutor in the Pima County Attorney's Office. After law school, Ms. Loh served as a law clerk at the United States Attorney's Office, Southern District of California. She is a member of the State Bar of California, and is admitted to all State and Federal courts in California.
